The Grey Matter Group are delighted that one of our largest customers, Home Instead, has achieved the highest Care Quality Commission (CQC) compliance score of any national provider for the elderly in the latest Laing & Buisson report.
The quarterly report monitors the performance of more than 8,000 home care providers using CQC data from the health and social care sector in England. The report ranks home care providers by the percentage of branches inspected by the CQC and which have been rated as fully compliant with CQC standards.
“We are thrilled to support Home Instead in their goal to provide the highest quality home care services in the UK. We look forward to supporting every Home Instead franchise to meet and exceed the CQC regulations again over the coming months.”
The Grey Matter Group’s mission, to ‘improve lives through learning’, spans home care providers like Home Instead, training providers, local authorities, hospitals, GP surgeries and other settings dedicated to care. Our market leading approach to recording rich evidence of competence and safety to practice is instrumental in helping many of our customers achieve compliance with the Care Certificate standards, and with the new CQC inspections regime.
Alex Knapp added:
“We are excited to be working on various case studies that outline how we support the number one provider of elderly home care in the UK. The quantity and quality of providers who now trust our approach to help improve outcomes for the people their staff support is truly inspiring. We are proud of that.”
